This document, Loan Resources for Child Care Facilities Development in California, is a publication of the Insight Center for Community Economic Development (Insight Center). The revised version of these materials was made possible through the Building Child Care (BCC) Project, which is funded by the California Department of Education. About the org: Building Child Care was created as a collaboration of four partner organizations that combined their experience, resources, and expertise to build a clearinghouse of information and assistance related to child care facilities development in California. These organizations were:
